He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer G. Agee and Hazel "Beth" Pace Agee; and his brother Stephen Boling. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Agee; his children, Morgan Castello (Nathan Castello) and Clay "Boo" Agee; his grandchildren, Aiden Coiner, Remi Agee and Dhruv Agee; his brothers, Mike Agee (Diana Agee) and David Boling (Karen Boling); his sister-in-law Debbie Boling; and his pets, Coco and Louie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Fishersville United Methodist Church (1600 Jefferson Hwy, Fishersville, VA 22939). A reception was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Hazy Mountain Vineyard and Brewery (240 Hazy Mountain Ln, Afton, VA 22920).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for contributions to Fishersville United Methodist Church and to the Judy Nicholson Kidney Cancer Foundation.
