She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Joseph Mawyer, Sr. and Martha Elizabeth Mawyer (Martin); her former husband Paul Theron Rowzie; her husband Charles Harmon Oliver; and her siblings, Nicholas J. Mawyer, Jr. and Nancy L. Snider.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy W. Rowzie (Karen) of Stuarts Draft, Tony Allen Rowzie (Mary Reed) of Grottoes and Tamara Lynn Moore (C. Hunt) of Covesville; her stepchildren, Charles H. Oliver, II (Wendy) of South Carolina and Cherri Lynn Boitnott (Dean) of Boones Mill; her siblings, Clarence T. Mawyer, John E. Mawyer (Sue) and Janet Wiseman of Waynesboro; and her close friends, Ronnie and Nancy Fitzgerald.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory (230 Frontier Dr, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Augusta Memorial Park (1775 Old Goose Crk Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
