She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leslie and Loretta Leslie; her son-in-law Steven W. Estes; and her former husband James W. Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Harry Steve Hailey; her daughters, Deborah K. Estes and Megan "Nikki" Hailey (Holden Felgar); her grandchildren, Steven and April Moreno-Loya; her great grandchildren, Christian, Alaya, Cheyenne, Natalya Moreno-Loya, Matthew, Miken and Madden Estes; and her great great grandchild Everest Moreno-Loya.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Vernon Church of the Brethren (90 Mt Vernon Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Vernon Church of the Brethren (90 Mt Vernon Rd, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mount Vernon Church of the Brethren.
