It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Monroe Fletcher of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bland "Buck" Fletcher and Mildred Smyth "Connie" Fletcher of Waynesboro, Virginia.; and his brother Michael Alan Fletcher. He is survived by: his children, Eric Russell Fletcher (Courtney) and Allison Fletcher Fuller (Kirk); his grandson Henry Russell Fletcher; his nephew Adam Michael Fletcher; and his niece Emily Fletcher Travis. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center.
