He is survived by: his children, Dustin Patrick (Aimee Lauterback), Whitney Lauterback and Angie Lauterback; his grandchildren, Bailey Dulaney, Brenton Woodridge, Charleigh Dixon, Layla and Jamen; his close friend Teresa Miller; and his pet Jackson.
