Layne; his brother Homer L. Layne, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lora Via, Dorothy Via and Josh Via; and his great grandchildren, Emily Bowling, Evelyn Braddock, James "Buddy" Bowling, Jr. and Toby Gau.
