He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Franklin Moore and Elsie May Cline Moore; his wife Janet Lynn Moore; and his siblings, Nancy Ulrich, Patsy Powers, Franklin Dudley, Jonny Moore, Grover Moore and Samuel Moore, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, William Robert Riddle, Gary Wayne Moore (Stephanie Moore) and David Franklin Moore (Maria Moore); his grandchildren, Xavier Moore, Destiny Trageser, Serenity Moore, Bryson Moore, Brody Riddle, Trinity Trageser, Isaac Riddle, Corbin Moore and Elizabeth Riddle; his siblings, Eva Simmons, Carol Johnson, William Moore, Paul Moore and Mary Long; and his granddaughter-in-law Hannah Moore.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the VFW Post 2216 (212 Frontier Dr, Staunton, VA 24401).
