With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jean N. Droughman of Waynesboro, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Newman and Thelma Newman; her foster parents, Sandy Sandridge and Blanch Sandridge; her brother Mervin Newman (Joyce); and her half-sister Shirley Bragg.
She is survived by: her brother Jim Newman (Carolyn); her half-sister Salley Raines; her sibling's children, Charles Newman, Bill Newman, Tony Raines and June Newman; her pet McDonalds; and her husband Mark Droughman, Jr..
A reception will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
