He was predeceased by : his parents, John C. Price and Lois Price (Pensinger); and his brother Stephen A. Price. He is survived by : his wife Lydia V. Price of Waynesboro; his sons, Mark Price and Sean Price; his stepdaughter Amanda Nicholson; his children-in-law, Sharlyn Price and Jeff Nicholson; and his grandchildren, Ian and Amelia Price.
