He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ira and Agnes Sullivan (Wade); his son Curtis Sullivan; his granddaughter Cynthia Sullivan; and his sisters, Louise Collier, Josie Shifflett and Linda Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie W. Sullivan; his son Keith Sullivan (Amanda); his grandchildren, Curtis Sullivan, Catherine Sullivan and Clayton Sullivan; his son Kevin Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Meghan Sullivan, Matthew Sullivan (Brenda) and Rebekah Sullivan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
