She was predeceased by: her father Woodrow M. "Buddy" Young. She is survived by: her mother Margie Stone Young of Covington; her son Daniel Miller (Shannon Dawson); her stepgrandchildren, Keith, Kole, Kody and Karson Dawson; her brothers, Mike Young (Bridget) and Kevin Young of Covington; and her close friend Teresa Whilhelm. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home (1102 S Highland Ave, Covington, VA 24426). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery.
