He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Morris Sr. and Agnes Jacqueline Morris (Wolfe) of Waynesboro, VA.; his wife Edith Toms Morris; his siblings, Ruth Hoy, Buck Morris, Charlene Clark and Paul Morris; and his pet Pigglett.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Cunningham (Tim), Sylvia Morris and Jim Thorne; his grandchildren, Amber May (Scott), Ashley Hallahan (Michael), Dakota Parr (Megan) and Wyatt Bartley (Haley); his great grandchildren, Ayden Sprouse, Patrick Riley Moore, Dawson Bartley, Daisy Rae Bartley and Raylan Parr; and his grandchildren, Dylan May, Walker May, Noah Wales, Emma Hallahan, Thomas Hallahan and Joey Hallahan.
