He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Franklin and Elsie May Moore (Cline); and his siblings, Franklin, Johnny, Samuel, Gary, Grover Moore, Nancy Ulrich, Lawrence Dudley and Patsy Powers.
He is survived by: his wife Tina May Moore (Smith) of Waynesboro; his daughter Lori Faye Moore; his son-in-law Ronnie Smith of Petersburg, WV; his son Chad Douglas Moore of Waynesboro; his stepchildren, Julie Iseman of Harrisonburg and Zachary Foizey of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Chelsea Miller, Emily Everitt, Kaylee Riggleman, Isiah, Marie Foizey, Elijah, Noah, Savannah Iseman, Harrison and Emerson Foizey; and his siblings, William "Bill" Moore of Stuarts Draft, Carol Johnson of Waynesboro and Eva Hamby of Churchville.
