With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Cline Burcham of Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on March 23, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edwin and Ola Belle Garber Cline; and her brothers, Willie and Quentin Cline. She is survived by: her husband Earl; her daughters, Donna B. Fowlkes (Tom) and Denise B. England (Steve); her granddaughters, Jenni S. Williams (Hudson), Sarah E. McLaughlin (Kevin) and Kate R. England; her great grandchild Ella; her stepgrandchildren, Merrill F. Hoopengardner (Andy) and John T. Fowlkes (Alena); her stepgreat-granddaughters, Ella and Claire Hoopengardner; and her brother Paul E. Cline (Kathleen).
