We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2025, at the age of 81, Samuel Bruce Heishman of Waynesboro, Virginia passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas James Heishman, Sr. and Margie Heishman (Hilbert); and his siblings, Bernell Smith, Ken Heishman, Joyce Osborn, Mark Heishman, Wayne Heishman and Richard Heishman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Heishman, Jr. of Falls Church and Karen Dove (Jim) of Verona; his children, Deborah Heishman of Charlottesville, Daniel Heishman of Roseland and Jonathan Heishman (Amanda) of Raphine; and his grandchildren, Annie, James, Leah, Isaac and Abigail. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel (230 Frontier Dr, Staunton, VA 24401).
