He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Franklin Garber and Karen Garber; his siblings, Michael Edwin Garber (Kelly) of Whitetop, VA and Elizabeth Garber Wetterling (Steve) of Atlanta, GA; his aunts, Ann Reinhard-Kelsven (Fred), Ella Sue Parker (Jim) and Barbara Austin; his uncle Donald Roy Kirk (Nava); his siblings' children, Logan, Erik Wetterling, Hope Wetterling, Emma and Mia Garber; his stepgrandmother Nancy Garber; and his fiancé Cristal Moreno.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made in his name to the S.P.C.A., or the American Cancer Society.
