She was predeceased by: her parents, George C. Cundiff (Cab) and Mary Elizabeth Foley Cundiff; her husband Madison Spradlin (Matt); her sister Patsy Ann Cundiff; and her brother-in-law Herman J. Chaney.
She is survived by: her siblings, George C. Cundiff, Jr. (Sue), Michael W. Cundiff (Tammy), Brenda Nichols (Larry), Rose Chaney, Bonnie Barnett (Alan) and Sherry Patterson (Wayne). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
