He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis William Bridgeforth and Mary Frances Baker Bridgeforth; and his siblings, Barbara Fineren of Alabama and Franklin Haven Bridgeforth of Virginia. He is survived by: his spouse Vallerie Harvey Bridgeforth; his daughters, Barbara Galgano (Patrick Galgano) of Maryland and Joann Reilly (Brian Reilly) of Maryland; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Schaefer of Lanzarote, Monica Lafleur of Maryland, Erica Halasz of Virginia and Kristine Anastasi of Florida; his grandchildren, Alexander Schaefer, Andrea Schaefer, Vincent Anastasi, Isabelle Anastasi, Dominic Galgano, Isabella Galgano, Liam Reilly, Erin Reilly and Meghan Reilly; and also, Ann Shirley and Douglas DeShazor Bridgeforth of Virginia.
