He was loved and cherished by many people including : his father Emmitt; his children, Christina Jean Bowen of Kingsport, TN and Jared Dustin Russell Bowen (Annie) of Richmond, VA; his grandchildren, Christian Carr and Casianna Sims of Kingsport, TN; his sisters, Zennia Kinkead and Tammy Bowen of Gate City, VA; his niece Rebecca Herron; his nephews, Presley Tipton and Jamie Tipton; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison Tipton, Emilee Herron, Lucas Herron and Hudson Tipton. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
