He was predeceased by : his parents, David Fields and Wilma Fields (Lyons); his brother-in-law Teddy "Doug" Pendleton; his uncle William Eugene Lyons; his aunt Ann Jones; and his nephew James Fields.

He is survived by : his daughter Kaylee Fields; his siblings, Tina Coleman (Dennis), Cyndi Bourne (George), Brenda Fields, Eric Simpson (Jersey), Scott Fields (Pam), Michael Fields, Anthony Henry Fields and Greg Fields (Mary Alice); and his close friend Teddy Pendleton.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help offset expenses.
