She is survived by: her husband Harlan Spivey; her son William Terry Spivey (Amber); her granddaughter Teresa Phillips; her grandson-in-law Carlton Phillips (Ariel Spivey); her great grandchildren, Skyla Phillips, Tobias Phillips and Kian Phillips; her siblings, Debbie France (Eugene) and Tom Hommell; and her pets, Stella Mae and Louise. She is also survived by several nephews & nieces.
