He is survived by: his parents, Donna Penley Kinsler (Randy) and Steve Barker (Pam); his siblings, Summer Alley (Jim), Josh Barker (Amanda) and Sarah Barker; his stepsisters, Katie Quinn (Alexis) and Amber Stringer (Seth); his grandparents, Sam and JoAnn Penley (JoJo); his uncle Don; his aunts, Debbie Penley Barker and Linda Brown; and his cousins, Bethany Hamilton (Derek), Rowan Barker, Andrea Brown Barrett (Randy) and Brittany Brown Baker (Jeremy).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2904 US Hwy 23 S, Weber City, VA 24290). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:45 AM at the Holston View Cemetery (226-292 Yuma Rd, Weber City, VA 24290). A committal service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
