It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rella Marie Tate of Weber City, Virginia, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Shell and Lily Mae Shell (Vermillion); her husband Grover Madison Tate; her grandson Todd Sturm; her great grandchild Jarom Farr; her siblings, Nancy Johnson (Shell), Jean Bray (Shell), Wanda McConnell (Shell), Everett Shell, Charles Shell, Eddie Shell and Harold Shell; and her son-in-law Ralph Wallin.

She is survived by : her children, Phyllis Wallin (Tate), Linda Sturm (Brent), Cathy Holland (Dennis) and Gerald (Pat); and her siblings-in-law, Wenonah Shell (Cornett), Sue Moiser (Tate), Robert McConnell and Billy Reynolds (Mary Clabaugh). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 30 plus great grandchildren, numerous great- great grandchildren.
