She was predeceased by : her father Clive Elliott; her husband Walter Porter; her sisters, Carolyn Flanary and Louise King; her brother-in-law James Flanary; and her niece Granddaughter.
She is survived by : her son Terry Porter of Weber City; her sister Sharon Duncan (Darrell Duncan); her siblings-in-law, Jim King and Anna Ruth Baskett; her nephew Mark Flanary of Richmond; her niece Angela Shaw; her great-nephew Kyler Harley of Bristol; and her caregiver Lakie Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Caitlyn Elliott Duncan Scholarship Fund, 1800 Legion Drive, Dobyns Bennett Band Building, Kingsport, TN 37664.
