He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kellam and Margaret Kellam; his wife Marjorie; his sister Constance Perry; and his nephew Kenny Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Haynes, Jessica Cook (John), Amy Powers (Richard) and Shawn (Tonia); his grandchildren, Ashley (Austin), John (Tina), Maggie, Stacie (Chris), Alfredo, Seth and Shelby; his great grandchildren, Claire, Nicholas, Peyton, Daivian, Jade and Ariana; his great great grandchild Colsen; and his sibling's children, Patsy (Richard) and Ronnie (Vivian). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
