He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Donald Faas and Mary Juanita Theobald. He is survived by : his wife Phyllis; his children, Holly Broxterman and Louis Faas III (Lou); his brother Wayne Faas (Pat); and his grandchildren, Bailey and Alex. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Heritage Humane Society or the Salvation Army.
