He was predeceased by: his daughter Allison Marolen Sikes; and his parents, Mary Evelyn Rose Sikes and Herman Sikes. He is survived by: his wife Mary Montague Hudson Sikes; his daughters, Mary Alicia Sikes and Amy Montague Sikes; his sister Beatrice Rose Sikes Brisbane; and his friend Scout.
