Shannon Gayle Dunn Obituary
We announce the death of Shannon Gayle Dunn of West Point, Virginia, who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 41. Shannon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas Clapper and Henrie Clapper. She is survived by: her friend John Richard Dunn; her daughters, Angel and Zoey Dunn; her siblings, Johnathan Clapper, Terry James Frontuto and Dani Clapper; her niece Tori Clapper; and her uncles, Timothy Lee West and Gene Clapper.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the West Point Church of God (500 Main St, West Point, VA 23181).
As Shannon would have wanted, memorial donations may be made to Vincent Funeral Home to assist other families in their time of need.
