It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobie Lee Edwards of White Stone, Virginia, who passed away on June 21, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Lane Crockett Edwards; his parents, Norvel Edwards and Ruth Lee Edwards; and his siblings, Betty E. Martin and Roy Edwards.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise E. Robertson (Jimmy) of Irvington, Bella M. Edwards of Weems and Hope E. George (James) of White Stone; his grandsons, Jonathan James George, Bobby Lee George, Joshua Ryan George and James Monroe Robertson, IV; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn Ora George, James Monroe Robertson, Atlas Grove George and McKenzie Marie Hughes.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Currie Funeral Home (116 E Church St, Kilmarnock, VA 22482). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Riverside Hospice or Irvington Baptist Church.
