He was predeceased by: his son Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann; and his daughter Lindsey. He is also survived by his brother-in-law; and his niece and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home (256 Halltown Rd, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Edge Hill Cemetery (604 Hunter St, Charles Town, WV 25414). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Grace Episcopal Church (303 S Main St, Kilmarnock, VA 22482).
