He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fallon and Thelma Simmons Sullivan; and his grandparents, William Edward, Chewning George Simmons of White Stone, John Edward and Frances Bell Sullivan of Harrisonburg, VA..
He is survived by: his wife Ann Lowe Massey; his daughter Beth (Stephen Zinner, Sr.) of Bel Air, MD; his grandchildren, Brooks Zinner (Jessie) of Bel Air, MD, Emily Zinner of Newark, DE, Joshua Zinner (Kelsey) of Forest Hill, MD and Stephen Zinner, Jr. of Joppa, MD; his great grandchildren, Avery and Ari Zinner; and his brothers, John F. Sullivan, Jr. of Clinton, MS and Frederick C. Sullivan of West Grove, PA. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Currie Funeral Home (116 E Church St, Kilmarnock, VA 22482). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
