She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Thomas Elrod and Lydia Mae Cole Elrod; her husband Robert Jennings Patrick; her sisters, Naomi "Top" Horn and Lucille Honaker; her son-in-law Bobby Ray Horn; her granddaughter Susan Horn; and her grandmother Regina Horn Hall (Larry) of Swords Creek, VA.
She is survived by: her daughter Joyce "Sue" Horn of Whitewood, VA; her great grandchildren, Cassie Compton (Shane) of Bristol, VA and Carry Gilbert (Jason) of Jewell Ridge, VA; her great great grandchildren, Abigail of Jessica, D. J., Wyatt, Chianna, Brooklyn, Aspen and Roan; and her sibling's children, Marty and Monia. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
