It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adolph Aubrey Hight (Williamsburg, Virginia), who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Bertha Dorothy Lynch-Hight; his sisters, Laverne Hight, Dr. Chloe Lois Hight and Jaqueline Maria Williams; and also James Emmett Hight.

He is survived by : his wife Dr. Orian Langley Hight; and his sons, Dr. James Emmett Hight and Bryan Keith Hight.

In lieu of flowers, the family humbly requests contributions to Hampton University (https://givetohamptonu.org), a bastion of learning close to Colonel Hight's heart, a testament to his enduring legacy.
