He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth. He is survived by: his wife April Cary; his sons, Alonzo D. Bartlett and Deontae Ashby; his siblings, Drusilla Pearson (Tim), Gloria Mason, Walter Oliver and Alfred Richards (Gigi); his mother-in-law Jessie Cary; and his friend Richard Harris. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and many caring friends.
