She is survived by: her daughter Laura Hayes Chalk (Jared Chalk); her grandchildren, Stewart and Charlotte; her sons, Donald Faulkner (Susan) and Jason Faulkner; her grandchildren, BreAnna, William, Kaleigh and Emily; her stepchild Shanon Hayes; her stepgrandchildren, Brayden and Taylor; her stepdaughter Karen Morris (Ken); and her stepgrandchildren, Reed and Lindsay.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, which supports research and awareness of the Frontotemporal Dementia.
