She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Rhodes and Malissa Withers; and her sons, Joe Lamont White and Stephen Maurice White. She is survived by: her husband Joe White Jr.; her children, Marquita Yvonne Edmonds and Shakia Yvonne White; and her grandchildren, Rodney, Diamond, Marcus, Jordan, Maurice and Markell. She is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Whiting's Funeral Home (7005 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
