She was predeceased by: her sisters, Dolores, Evelyn, Mary and Loretta; her niece Carol; and also Alan. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and 21 great-nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Bede Catholic Church (3686 Ironbound Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188).
Fran was famous for her annual dish contributions to her family's Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter celebrations.
