She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie E. Dean and Lois B. Dean; and her brothers, Raymond Dean and Robert Dean. She is survived by: her husband David L. Kleppinger; her sister Janice Hagar (Edward); her stepchildren, Amy Winkler (Adam), Jason Coleman (Katy Rodney), Laura Henry (Joseph), David Kleppinger, Jr. (Lauren), Christopher Kleppinger (Brie) and Sarah Elizabeth (Mickey); and her grandchildren, Finley Orlando and Abby Coleman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks donations to be made in Fran's memory to the James River Baptist Church kitchen fund.
