He is survived by: his wife Rexanne; his children, Todd (Tammy) of Lake Worth, FL and Kristin Powell (Stephen) of Seaford, VA; his grandson Connor; and his siblings, James Bruno (Joann) of Midlothian, Catherine Wishnosky (Bill) of Virginia Beach, Virginia Bowden (Ken) of Seaford and Marian Vollmer of Chesapeake. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Francis' name to the House of Mercy, 10 Harrison Ave., Williamsburg, VA 23185.
