It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Douglas Williams (Williamsburg, Virginia), who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Williams; his wife Mary Elizabeth Hickman Williams; and his son Lenardo Hickman. He is survived by: his children, Gabrielle DeAnn Williams, Veronica Jordan (James V.), Min, James Hickman, Jr. and Arthur Hickman (Sheryl); and his brother Cornell Williams (Helen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and caring friends.
