He is survived by: his wife Joyce Boarman-Burton; his sons, Ryan E. Burton and Nicholas R. Burton; his sisters, Melanie B. Hood and Lisa A. Burton; his sisters-in-law, Bev Bristow (Jimmy), Janet Anderson (Chris), Barbara Green-Kearns and Brenda Boarman-Spivey (Ronnie); and his mother-in-law Peggy Boarman.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Williamsburg Christian Church (200 John Tyler Ln, Williamsburg, VA 23185).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society in memory of Gary Burton.
