He is survived by: his father Gary Welsh of Yorktown, Virginia.; his wife Crystal Cooper; his children, Jahkeem, Jahmeer and Harmony Cooper; his mother Ethel Terrell (Michael) of Williamsburg; his parents-in-law, Clay Brooks and Wanda Tabb (Todd) of Charles City, Virginia; his siblings, Tevien Reid of Williamsburg Virginia, Markita Girven (Terrell) of Newport News, Shaelee Bailey (Steve) of Newport News, Shantaza Murray (Cassandra) of Newport News, Shekendra Welsh of Newport News and Garmeisha Welsh of Yorktown, Virginia; Carl Dobson, Teyon Cooper, Darlene Saunders and Mary Cooper. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
