He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy; his parents, Forest Chase and Pearl Chase; his siblings, Charlie Chase, Marie Hostuttler, Shirley Kapp, Laverne Chase and Harold Chase; and his pet Bootser.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Chase; his children, Dan Johnson (Lori) and Penny Klein (Richard); his grandchildren, Lexi and Jake; and his siblings, Lila Chase, Lillian Cole and Irv Chase.
