He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Lucian of Yorktown, VA; and his grandchild Glenn Lucian. He is survived by: his great grandchild Janice Tolotti (Eddie) of Toano; his grandchildren, Eileen Robards (Tom) of Williamsburg, Jackie Haskins (Kenny) of Texas and Frank Lucian (Alison); and his siblings, Amy (Robert Felton) and Robert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (3785 Strawberry Plains Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188).
