He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ramsey Fowler; his sons, Robert Dale Fowler and Michael Lloyd Fowler; his granddaughter Cassandra Elizabeth Pendleton; and his brother Gerald Fowler (Mary). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
