He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne "Vonnie" James (David) and Lonnie Louise Bogatay (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Wes White (Amanda Lake-White), Heather White, Jacob Bogatay and Rachel Bogatay (Justin Figol); and his great grandchildren, Lorelei Lake-White, Will Lake-White and Amelia Lake-White.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to Olive Branch Christian Church.
