She is survived by: her sister-in-law Fannie; her children, David Rascoe Jr. (Diana), Julie Harrison (Tony), Latonya Vernon (Derrick) and Lakeshia Rascoe; her siblings, Mary Eley (William), Chester Burke Sr. (Beverly) and Fannie Delatoch; and her grandchildren, Tia, Megan, Jasmine, Seth, David Michael, Toni, Alexander, Derrick Jr., Kaia, Antonio, Warren Jr., Brian Vernon, Brian Rascoe, Ty, Leander and Leslie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters- and brothers-in-law, and many close friends.
