Jere Michael Long Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jere Michael Long of Williamsburg, Virginia, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gervase Francis Long and Ava Marie Huber Long; and his brother Joseph Francis Long. He is survived by: his wife Charma Krailing Long; his children, Michael and Julie; his children-in-law, Tracy and Darren; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Addison), Caroline, Elliott (Kathryn), Lydia and Harrison; and his sister Joan Long Mahan.

We request that all attending wear masks for the service. Social distancing will be required.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Olaf Church Building Fund.
