She is survived by: her husband James Hurst; her daughters, Jennifer Green (Jerry Green), Amanda Cuthbertson (Alan Cuthbertson) and Morgan Mangal (Vip Mangal); her stepdaughter Amanda Umile; her grandchildren, Courtney, Sydney Green, Layton, Cameron, Sadie Mangal, Katherine, Ashley, Britt Cuthbertson, Andrew, Emily, Bradford and Juliana Umile; and her sisters, Frances Michalkewicz, Ann Shirlow (late Terry) and Marti White (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Virginia-West Virginia chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or Hospice House of Williamsburg.
