Braxton; her aunts and uncles, Joyce Redell Braxton, Helen Delores Washington, Pearl Bartlett, George Edward Ashby Jr., Kenneth Ashby, Joseph Braxton and Purcell Braxton; her stepmother Jacqueline Braxton Marrow; and her stepsiblings, Elnora Rhodall, Don Hailey and Darrin Hailey.

She is survived by: her close friend Hampton Meekins; her daughter Aisha Edwards; her grandchildren, Garrick Edwards Jr. and LaMisha Harris; her sister Roslin Braxton; her cousins, Sylvia Miller (Donnie) and Vincent Ashby; her aunts and uncles, Mildred Morris (Walter), Sandra Trower, Rachel Shearn (Ben), Cynthia Ashby, Thelma Braxton, Herman Braxton (Dianne), Reginald Braxton and Don Piggott; her stepsiblings, Joan Crump, Brenda Black (Anthony), Cleo Johnson, Linda Hailey, David Hailey and Bryant Hailey (Denise); and her sibling's children, Tamekio Braxton, Treka Braxton, Shavonna Rainbolt, Kimberly Carter, Tramaine Braxton, Derwynne Braxton and Delvrin Braxton. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many caring friends.
